IDCMHA is proud to promote a new trial intitiative for the 2024-2025 for coaches. By providing more tools, resources, information, etc. to coaches, we can support our excellent volunteers in promoting ongoing development of our players.

For this upcoming season, Coaches from each team (max 3 / team) will be provided with access to a leading coaching tool called Ice Hockey Systems.  IDCMHA is covering the full cost of this program that is used by 100's of associations and professional programs around the world.

IDCMHA expects coaches to leverage this tool and we will seek feedback at the end of the season. Information on how to access the program will be shared following the evaluation process and team formation; stay tuned for details.

Ice Hockey Systems provides coaches (and also parents/players) with many benefits, including:

Access to thousands of drills, organized by skill level/age, including videos and outlines,

Access to thousands of practice plans,
