Evaluations (on-ice and off-ice) for all attending players will be completed by third-party evaluators from Max Analytics, using their data driven program to determine player evaluation, placement, and team compilation.  Each players will receive a summary of their evaluations once completed.

Evaluations will be structured in small groups and include a scrimmage/game place session(s), to provide a well-rounded and thorough evaluation for all attending players.

Evaluations will consist of the following:

Two (2) skill specific sessions per age group.  Players/Goalies will attend both of these sessions.

Two (2) scrimmage sessions per age group.  Players/Goalies will be assigned a min. of one (1) and up to two (2) scrimmage(s).

The date and time of the scrimmage(s) will be determined and sent to each player at the conclusion of the skill sessions for each age group.

Other Important Information:

Players are asked to arrive a min. of 30 minutes before their scheduled session.

At check-in, players will be assigned a random jersey at each session and all players will be required to return the jersey after the session.

Based on the registered numbers of players, it's possible there will be multiple groups within each age category.

Players will be randomly assigned to a group through Max Analytics.

For goalies, they will participate in their scheduled skill and scrimmage session.  In addition, there will be a goalie only session.

Spectators:

All spectators will not be granted access to the ice surface area during evaluations.  All spectators will be allowed to observe from the upstairs viewing area.  

**Reminder:  Players were asked to register for evaluations at the same time they registered through HCR (check your invoice/receipt to verify).  If you did not register, its important to contact the Registrar as soon as possible.
