IMPORTANT DETAILS:

HOCKEY SOCKS - MANDATORY FOR U9, U13, & U15

Socks are provided to players in the U7 and U11 age groups.
Players in all other age groups (U9, U13, U15+) must purchase socks through the ELKS STORE.
**U9: BLACK ONLY
**U13: BLACK and WHITE
**U15: BLACK and WHITE
The deadline will ensure socks are received prior to your league games.
IDCMHA will hand-out socks to your Team Managers.

NEW COACHES

NEW coaches (who are on the IDCMHA registered team roster) are eligible to be reimbursed 50% of the cost of their first on-ice training set, specific only to the Bauer jacket and/or Bauer pants. Note: this is not for returning coaches.
100% payment required at time of purchase.
For reimbursement - submit the online form to the Board to request a 50% reimbursement.
New coaches must have completed all required certifications and checks prior to receiving a reimbursement, as confirmed by IDCMHA.
Complete form on the right-hand side to request reimbursement.
Receipt must be submitted to process your claim to Treasurer

REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES

As these items are custom ordered, redunds/exchanges are not permitted.
Quality issues will be direct to the suppliers directly and IDCMHA will be happy to help facilitate.

ELKS STORE PICK-UP

IDCMHA will communicate to members once goods have been received after the order window has closed.
IDCMHA will either host a pick-up night and/or provide orders to the teams. Details to be shared/communicated.

store schedule: 2025-2026 season

IDCMHA plans to re-open the store at multiple times during the season to ensure members have sufficient time and opportunity to order products.
The tentative schedule is outlined below.
The re-order window is limited to short durations so that after the order window closes, orders can be compiled and fulfilled, and delivered in a timely manner.
