IDCMHA plans to open our gear store multiple times throughout the season to provide members with sufficient opportunity to place orders. Each ordering window will be short in duration to allow time for orders to be compiled, fulfilled, and delivered efficiently.

REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES
As these items are custom ordered, refunds or exchanges are not permitted. Any quality issues must be directed to the supplier, and IDCMHA will be happy to help facilitate the process.

ELKS STORE PICK-UP
IDCMHA will notify members once goods have been received following the close of the order window. Orders will either be distributed through a designated pick-up night and/or provided directly to teams. Further details will be communicated when available.​​​​​​​

HOCKEY SOCKS ​​​​​(MANDATORY FOR U9, U13, & U15)
Socks are provided to players in the U7 and U11 age groups. Players in all other age groups (U9, U13, U15+) must purchase socks through the Elks Store. Order your socks within the first ordering window to ensure you receive them before league games begin. Sock orders will be provided to Team Managers to hand out. 

U9:  BLACK ONLY
U13:  BLACK and WHITE
U15:  BLACK and WHITE

NEW COACHES
New coaches listed on an IDCMHA registered team roster are eligible for a $75 reimbursement on their first on-ice training set purchase. This benefit applies to new coaches only and not returning coaches. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. To receive reimbursement, coaches must submit the online reimbursement form along with their receipt to the Treasurer. All required certifications and background checks must be completed and confirmed by IDCMHA before reimbursement will be processed.
